About The Role

We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our platform, enabling users to navigate and maximize its full potential effortlessly. In this role, you’ll design user-centered solutions, craft wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate our product’s usability and visual appeal.

Responsibilities

  • User Research & Insights: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behavior and pain points.
  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive user interfaces, workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Consistency: Maintain and evolve a design system for the platform, ensuring consistency in UI elements, components, and interactions.
  • Optimization: Gather and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs for better user outcomes.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in modernizing or redesigning legacy software products.
  • Strong ability to understand complex systems and translate them into user-friendly designs.
  • Expertise in managing and contributing to a collaborative design system using Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to ensure consistency across multiple product lines.
  • Comfort with live solutioning and adapting designs on the fly based on feedback.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating designs for web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.

This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

110,000 – 130,000 USD per year(united states)
