Regional Marketing Manager

Ajax Systems has more than 3,000 employees and continues to scale. We are in search of a professional who will concentrate on further developing this strategic direction. Marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales to/from B2B partners in Oceania and ASEAN regions.

Main Tasks Are

• Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing campaigns promoting Ajax products within a marketing-defined strategy.
• Drive all marketing activities in support of regional sales goals (promotion, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, case studies, presentations, trade marketing activities …) in collaboration with the Business Development Team.
• Reporting on the performance of marketing activities to make adjustments to increase efficiency
• Developing and updating the marketing materials.
• Monitoring the marketing policy implementation in the distribution channel, delivering all existing marketing materials and instruments (created by Ajax HQ) to business partners.
• Deep analysis of partners’ business and local insights to develop ideas on how to grow Ajax’s share and sales inside each partner.
• Collaboration with the partner’s marketing, product, and sales managers to strengthen Ajax’s presence and sales.
• This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing marketing budgets and project approval process

Requirements

• 3+ of experience in marketing
• Experience with international markets (as an advantage),
• Experience with B2B marketing
• Successful product/market/service launch,
• Organizing cross-functional interaction and leading this process
• Experience with multichannel marketing and marketing mix
• Commercially successful projects in portfolio
• Advanced English.
