Position Summary
The Senior Video Producer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of video production projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest professional standards. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can effectively manage resources, guide client messaging, and collaborate with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will be a leader who inspires creativity and supports team growth while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the scripting and storyboarding process to develop compelling content.
- Create and manage production budgets, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Allocate resources, establish project deadlines, and manage post-production edit sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the creation of multimedia content that aligns with client goals.
- Plan and coordinate video shoots, including scouting and reserving live or virtual locations.
- Develop detailed production schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Manage client relationships by setting clear expectations, maintaining open communication, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and direct production resources, negotiating pricing and managing vendor relationships as needed.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of four years).
- At least five years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant production software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High degree of adaptability and the ability to thrive in a continually changing environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.
