To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Financial Analyst position will be based in Bangalore

What a typical day its look like:

  • Review pending accruals for billing actualization.
  • Monitor and validate sales orders to ensure timely billing.
  • Take prompt action on rejected invoices to close them within the agreed SLA.
  • Review pending collections and support the Accounts Receivable (AR) team in closing aged open cases.
  • Ensure collection KPIs are met.
  • Compile the weekly payment budget and allocate funds accordingly.
  • Review weekly Accounts Payable (AP) dues, analyzing and prioritizing for fund optimization.
  • Ensure no aging of unpaid overdue amounts in AP and conduct quarterly balance confirmations with vendors.
  • Review inventory aging with stakeholders monthly and collaborate with operations on an inventory reduction plan in accordance with targets.
  • Coordinate with the audit team and support them in closing audits.
  • Assist the tax team in compiling GST-related data for tax return filings and audits.
  • Provide monthly compliance reporting in a timely manner.
  • Conduct balance sheet account analysis and prepare schedules, ensuring no aged cases are reflected in the balance sheet.
  • Conduct yearly physical counts of inventory and fixed assets, working with the team to minimize variances.
  • Perform surprise audits of cycle count data.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Conduct customer-wise margin analysis and collaborate with the business team on improvements.
  • Analyze headcount.
  • Perform monthly P&L variance analysis and provide inputs to the business team for forward action.
  • Engage in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Review and track non-recurring purchases to ensure timely billing.
  • Prepare a weekly dashboard on various business performance metrics.
  • Prepare and submit month-end closure entries.
  • Ensure error-free closing of month-end and quarter-end accounts.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting in accordance with business requirements.
