What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage high-volume incoming calls for scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations across multiple medical offices
  • Communicate effectively with clients and medical professionals to ensure accurate scheduling and service requests
  • Document service requests while maintaining compliance with client contractual agreements
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to promote prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as a resource for internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with strong communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple software programs, including EMR systems and CRM software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Experience working in hospitals or medical practices is preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with EPIC Hyperdrive software is advantageous
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
