A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled HSE Coordinator like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team.

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the Company is operating as per the applicable HSE standards by continuously improving HSE awareness in the Organization, monitoring and supervision of HSE activities at all corporate locations including at customers locations, and meeting given KPIs.
  • Establish strong coordination and collaboration with all departments to ensure no deficiencies in all HSE aspects throughout the Organization.
  • Inspire people in the Organization to achieve department goals in conjunction with HSE objectives and a “Safety First” mindset.
  • Keep updated with regulatory changes, and ensure all activities are in accordance with Company & Corporate Policies, Code of Conduct, Compliance, ISO standards, Quality Management System, HSE and local Government Regulations. Drafting, implementing, and updating of local policies and processes in alignment with corporate guidelines and with local best practices on a timely and periodical basis.
  • Reporting of status, suggestions, alerts to company management on all HSE aspects for deficiencies, improvements, suggestions, future developments. Prepare and submit reports based on assignment.
  • Lead internal and external HSE audits and align with Quality Management team to conduct Integrated QHSE ISO audits.
  • Continuous HSE strategy development and execution in alignment with company business plan and strategic priorities.
  • Development and continuous improvement of processes and skills. Identify development and training needs for the Organization as well as for the HSE team to support evolution of solutions business
  • Cooperate with internal departments and stakeholders (local, regional, global) to ensure alignment on processes, customer support and strategy.
  • Special Assignments.

Qualifications And Skills

  • At least 7 years working experiences in HSE Management and as External Auditor, including minimum 3 years in supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and human relations skills, self-driven for taking initiative, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical skills, result-oriented, working independently, contribution to team success.
  • Good problem-solving skills, ability to draw conclusions and formulate recommendations to management.
  • Excellent track record in achieving business targets, strategy development and successful execution.
  • Excellent in networking with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in Indonesian laws and regulations.
