We are currently looking for an Experience Curator. This goal of this position is to curate a highly personalized experience for both repeat and first time guests so they feel valued and receive exceptional service. This position will work approximately 40-50 hours/week, Wednesday – Sunday (11 a.m.- 9 p.m.). Candidates need to be friendly, hardworking, team players, and flexible.

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is to enhance and elevate the dining experience at Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi by leveraging the Seven Rooms reservation system platform to populate useful details, track guest food and beverage preferences, special dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), travel, careers, and special interests. The goal is to curate highly personalized experiences, ensuring that both repeat and first-time guests feel valued and receive exceptional service. This role is focused on creating memorable experiences rather than managing floor operations duties. Responsibilities include:

  • Input and track guest food and beverage preferences to personalize their experience.
  • Gather insights into guest preferences through pre-arrival communication, surveys, and feedback to tailor experiences to ensure repeat visits.
  • Personalize the guest experience.
  • Reach out to guests after their dining experience to gather feedback.
  • Respond to any guests’ complaints or issues.
  • Provide operational support such as assisting with guest flow, training staff on the importance of guest personalization, compiling a nightly shift report, etc.
  • Performs any and all other duties assigned.

Pay Rate

  • $23-$25/hr. plus overtime

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and staff.
  • Familiarity with the Seven Rooms system or similar reservation and guest management software.
  • Attention to detail to accurately track and personalize the guest experience.
  • Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and feedback promptly.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and creating a memorable guest experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH teams.
  • Experience in a fine dining environment is a plus.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse guest preferences.
