Description
As a Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all financial operations within the company.
- Producing accurate financial reports and statements.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Guiding the company’s financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Protecting assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Maximising return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities.
- Managing and coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinating with external auditors and managing internal controls.
Profile
A Successful Finance Controller Should Have
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 10 years of working experience in similar industry.
- Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and coordination skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
