We are in search of a Manager in Inventory & Planning to join our Inventory & Planning team.

A day in the life of Inventory & Planning Manager:

  • Manages inventories for multiple, world-wide retail operations
  • Analyzes sales data to dictate inventory needs daily/weekly
  • Tracks and communicates weekly dispatches globally
  • Prepares projections for all re-orders and initial product lines for new accounts
  • Works in conjunction with multiple departments on product ideas
  • Strategizes with various departments on ways to maximize merchandise sales and manage costs
  • Processes all purchase orders for accounts assigned
  • Reconciles vendor invoices for payment by the finance team
  • Maintaining pricing structure, ensuring margins are maintained
  • Maintaining all stock details correctly in our inventory management system
  • Conducting and reconciling global quarterly inventories for monthly, quarterly, and yearly audits
  • Oversees the receipt/dispatch/delivery of stock from our Corporate Office with the help of our Associate Inventory Planners

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of entertainment or retail industry experience
  • 3+ years of inventory management or purchasing experience
  • Any knowledge of NetSuite or ERP software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and creative environment
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities
