Key Responsibilities
Email
- Oversee the Design and Facilities team to support concept design and construction of Food Services outlets, encompassing a diverse range of formats including food courts, coffee shops, hawker centers, restaurants, kiosks, and cafes.
- Lead the Operational Excellence team to establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), develop comprehensive career and training pathways for staff, deliver impactful training programs, and implement rigorous quality assurance systems and audits across all Food Services brands.
- Implement and manage scalable quality assurance systems across multiple new brands and formats.
- Serve as a key partner in driving continuous process improvement, elevating employee performance, and cultivating a strong culture of excellence to deliver consistent, cost-effective service and food standards to our valued customers.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to enhance the Employee Value Proposition and build sustainable management pipelines.
- Provide inspirational leadership and development to empower teams for continuous growth and success.
