You Are RESPONSIBLE For The Following Activities

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Create and communicate sales goals on a weekly basis and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for the whole company
  • Ensure sales team achieve the targets
  • Define the sales playbook
  • Enforce the sales processes
  • Customer portfolio management
  • Manage Hubspot driven workflows
  • Drive presentation training and brochure collateral
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Understand industry-specific trends, identify key markets and landscapes.
  • Collaborate with teams
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Ensure that Sales Teams KPI’s and targets are aligned to Topco’s overall strategy and targets.
  • Maximize new business development opportunities.
  • Oversee, manage and train Sales Team and Managers.
  • Create a great place to work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Qualification in Industrial Psychology highly advantageous
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in a senior sales role
  • At least 7 years’ experience managing a team
  • Driver’s license
  • Ability to travel if needed
