You Are RESPONSIBLE For The Following Activities
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Create and communicate sales goals on a weekly basis and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for the whole company
- Ensure sales team achieve the targets
- Define the sales playbook
- Enforce the sales processes
- Customer portfolio management
- Manage Hubspot driven workflows
- Drive presentation training and brochure collateral
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
- Understand industry-specific trends, identify key markets and landscapes.
- Collaborate with teams
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
- Ensure that Sales Teams KPI’s and targets are aligned to Topco’s overall strategy and targets.
- Maximize new business development opportunities.
- Oversee, manage and train Sales Team and Managers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Qualification in Industrial Psychology highly advantageous
- 7 – 10 years’ experience in a senior sales role
- At least 7 years’ experience managing a team
- Driver’s license
- Ability to travel if needed
