Litigation Trial Associate Attorney Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience litigating commercial employment disputes at a large law firm specializing in the healthcare sector.
  • Successfully litigated cases in federal and state courts, demonstrating expertise in legal research, brief writing, discovery, depositions, and trial practice.
  • Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
