Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Handle data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
