Lead Event Coordinator

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion.

This position can turn into a full time opportunity.

• Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
• Strong project managing skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in teams

Position Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee growth and development of a branch, including but not limited to: activating all campaigns and building all official company systems and departments.
• Arrangement and organization of SOS Facility
• Connect with Venue and Vendor partners
• Sourcing, Interviewing and training new employees
• Prepare quotes, invoices and contracts for upcoming events for upcoming events
• Communication with crew regarding upcoming events, including emailing information relating to specific events
• Work as a highly qualified technician in the areas of setup, show and strike.
• Oversee financial and all other reporting for designated branch
