Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper & Office Manager to join our team and help maintain our financial records while ensuring smooth office operations.

  • Job Summary:** The Bookkeeper / Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and overseeing office operations. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Key Responsibilities:**

*Bookkeeping Responsibilities:*

  • Enter and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Generate financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.

*Office Management Responsibilities:*

  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, events and manage travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage office-related projects and initiatives to improve workflows.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and provide ongoing administrative support.
  • Foster a positive and productive office environment.
  • Requirements:**
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer / Software Skills:**
  • Must be proficient with QuickBooks Online Accounting.
  • Must have a minimum of intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.
