Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic founding Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Careforce, a venture-backed, asset-light managed services organization (MSO) focused on several outpatient specialties. Careforce is incubated out of 2070 Health, which has a track record of launching companies to 10s of millions in revenue within 2-3 years of launch. Careforce is seeded with $4M in funding and about $500k in revenue on Day 1. As CEO, you’ll have the opportunity to build and scale an innovative company, driving significant growth and impact in the healthcare space. You will lead the charge in transforming how providers operate, leveraging cutting-edge technology and exceptional talent to deliver meaningful change and improve patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Careforce’s mission to support psychiatry practices.
• Provide strategic leadership during Careforce’s 0-to-1 journey as we refine our solutions and build innovative offerings.
• Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and advisors.
• Oversee organizational activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Analyze market trends to adjust strategies, capitalize on opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Atleast 6-7 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector, such as building a healthcare company, operational roles, or leadership in VC/PE-backed ventures.
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as CXO/Vice President/Director or in a similar executive position and/or experience with start ups/early stage companies.
• A strong track record and genuine interest in working with startups, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong background in business development, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Experience in Health technology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and effectively manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
