Job Description
- To review the legal risks involved in various business deals
- Structuring, Negotiating, Drafting and execution all types of agreements for the business ventures
- To handle various legal matters, compliance requirements, due diligence to safeguard the entity and facilitate business requirements
- To review the existing legal cases of the organization and work upon resolving them
- Draft and review notices, claims, petitions, replies, notices and other legal documents
- To analyze legal information and do the essential paper work
- To apply for copyright and trademarks with the help of third party
- To handle litigation management
- To deal with various third parties including external legal and regulatory authorities
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
- To Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
- To Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
- To maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
- Liaison with Govt authorities.
- To draft policies and implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws-LLB from reputed law university preferably from National Law University or Delhi University.
- Minimum experience of at least 5+ years in Legal compliances, contracts, agreements, policy-making, etc.
