What You’ll Be Doing: We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will partner with the Director of FP&A to measure, analyze, and report on SaaS and payment processing metrics, playing a critical role in shaping data-driven financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in NetSuite, financial modeling, and in-depth analysis of SaaS and payment metrics.

• This is an onsite position based in Pleasanton, CA.*

Your Impact

• Analyze and track SaaS and payment processing metrics, including MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, take rates, transaction volumes, and processing costs.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Utilize NetSuite to generate reports, track financial performance, and ensure data accuracy.
• Work with large datasets using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to extract, analyze, and visualize key financial insights.
• Partner with the Director of FP&A to provide data-driven insights on revenue trends, customer behavior, and business performance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, identifying key drivers and offering actionable recommendations.
• Conduct variance analysis and deep dive into SaaS and payment metrics to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, sales, and product teams to align financial goals with business initiatives.
• Assist in preparing board materials, investor reports, and leadership presentations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a SaaS and/or payment processing environment.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite for reporting and financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and payment processing metrics and how they impact financial performance.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and financial modeling tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial findings to stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
