Rigging & Marine Services Pte Ltd, “RMS” was established in 1992, serving both the marine and O&G sectors. Presently, RMS has acquired a formidable amount of experience and skillset as well as an excellent reputation in the field of load testing and marine services. With a commitment to quality and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven HR Manager to join our dynamic team!

Roles And Responsibilities

Candidates are expected to:

  • Plan, lead and direct the Human Resource (HR) Department.
  • Recruit, interview and plan training for new employees.
  • Oversee HR functions, review and monitoring of all policies.
  • Plan and budget for employees’ annual remuneration.
  • To understand the goals of the organization and strategize in relation to recruiting and retention of employees across all departments.
  • Plan and strategize future budgets.
  • Facilitate professional development of all employees and retain records.
  • Perform other HR related duties as required.

Requirements

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years Human Resource Managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of the local employment laws and regulations.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and comfortable to engage with senior management level and ability to work independently.

Working Hours

  • Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:15pm
  • Alternate Sat: 8am to 12pm (work-from-home arrangement)
