Presently, RMS has acquired a formidable amount of experience and skillset as well as an excellent reputation in the field of load testing and marine services. With a commitment to quality and a focus on delivering excellent customer service, we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven HR Manager to join our dynamic team!
Roles And Responsibilities
Candidates are expected to:
- Plan, lead and direct the Human Resource (HR) Department.
- Recruit, interview and plan training for new employees.
- Oversee HR functions, review and monitoring of all policies.
- Plan and budget for employees’ annual remuneration.
- To understand the goals of the organization and strategize in relation to recruiting and retention of employees across all departments.
- Plan and strategize future budgets.
- Facilitate professional development of all employees and retain records.
- Perform other HR related duties as required.
Requirements
A successful candidate will possess:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 3 years Human Resource Managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of the local employment laws and regulations.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and comfortable to engage with senior management level and ability to work independently.
Working Hours
- Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:15pm
- Alternate Sat: 8am to 12pm (work-from-home arrangement)
