Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing and managing human resources processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee HR processes.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and HR policies.
- Design, evaluate, and improve HR workflows.
- Assist in executing various HR projects.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in documenting processes.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
