The Role

We are looking for a Front-End Specialist with deep expertise in JavaScript, React, Material UI, and CSS to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will craft custom UI components for our React and React Native applications, ensuring a seamless, highly responsive, and visually polished experience for our users.

You should have a passion for pixel-perfect designs, an eye for detail, and the ability to implement complex UI interactions while maintaining performance and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain highly customizable UI components using React, React Native, and Material UI.
  • Implement advanced CSS techniques (animations, grid systems, flexbox, theming, dark mode, etc.) for a visually stunning and intuitive interface.
  • Work closely with the backend and design teams to bring new features to life with a focus on usability and performance.
  • Optimize front-end performance and ensure smooth rendering across different devices and browsers.
  • Enhance accessibility (WCAG, ARIA) and responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
  • Collaborate on design systems and reusable component libraries for scalability.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript code.
  • Debug and resolve UI issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth user experience.

What We’re Looking For

? 5+ years of experience in front-end development, specializing in React and React Native.

? Expert-level CSS skills – deep understanding of layouts, animations, and component styling.

? Strong experience with Material UI (MUI) and component customization.

? Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

? Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).

? Understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.

? Familiarity with React Native animations and gestures (Reanimated, Gesture Handler).

? Ability to collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create pixel-perfect UI/UX.

? Experience with Storybook or other UI documentation tools (preferred).

? Bonus: Experience working with Figma, Tailwind CSS, and micro-frontend architectures.
