We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a FinTech background to lead financial systems implementation.

The role involves managing project scope, cost, timelines, and quality while ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end financial systems implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project scope, cost, time, and quality.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive Project Management Plan from conception to final release.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Project Coordinators and Administrators, to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and record management.
  • Consolidate and analyze reports (quality, H&S, progress, issues) for stakeholders.
  • Plan and facilitate project kick-off meetings, aligning all stakeholders on deliverables.
  • Manage resources efficiently, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in FinTech or financial systems implementation.
  • Strong business and financial analysis skills.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong report writing and document management skills.
  • Knowledge of business integration and latest project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
