About The Role
At Gisou, exciting times are ahead. As a fast-growing company we are ready to take on more projects that we are very enthusiastic about. To make those projects happen, we are looking for an experienced and confident freelance Creative Producers that will take responsibility for the execution of our creative productions from brief- until delivery of assets, working closely with our Marketing, Digital and Creative decision-makers. You will:
- Bridge the gap between our Marketing and Creative department, taking on a wide variety of creative production responsibilities within the wider campaign execution phase of our campaigns.
- Define the creative production plan based on the marketing brief and creative concept in close collaboration with the creative and marketing project-leads.
- Set up production task-forces based on the project brief, making sure the appropriate support from in- and external partners is planned
- Organize pre- and post-production meetups, making sure all is approved with relevant stakeholders prior to shooting and final delivery
- Define and manage production timelines and budgets
- Organize, attend, and take ownership of shooting day(s)
- Make sure assets are delivered on time and according to Gisous brand-standards, consulting the creative project-lead on a regular basis
- Create and maintain a database of freelancers / production partners
We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in creative production/project management (agency experience is a plus)
- Interested in a freelance agreement, ASAP start, 5 days per week.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of a creative production eco-system
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing and quickly changing environment; therefore a solution-minded, innovative, and creative mindset is essential
- Great stakeholder / vendor relationship management skills
- A critical vision; always determined to achieve only our Gisou brand standards
- A personal interest for and knowledge about (social media) trends within the beauty / lifestyle / fashion industry is a plus
- Preferably you bring along a little black book with a network of freelancers / vendors that can contribute to our creative productions
What We Offer

You will be working 4 days a week from our stunning office in the centre of Amsterdam, and have the possibility to work one day from home if you like.
