Job Description
In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company with new tools, we are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team! The person in this role will provide technical assistance to our users and staff, with duties such as ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software tools, enhancing system performance, but also standardizing and innovating our IT infrastructure through interesting projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing IT assistance to staff, both locally from our St. Julian’s office and via our ticketing system.
- Tracking technical issues, prioritizing them and providing the right solutions
- Updating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics
- VPN setup and managing
- Integration of existing tools
- Remote computer setup
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has good knowledge of Office 365, Entra and Sharepoint administration
- Has experience with troubleshooting and solving hardware problems
- Knows how to set up computers remotely
- Has an IT related degree
- 2+ years of IT Support experience
- Is detail-oriented and able to prioritize and delegate
- Is a communicative team player
- Is fluent in English
- Based in Malta as this will require onsite working.
