We’re thrilled to welcome a Coordinator to our Product Marketing team! This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, resourceful professional eager to make a meaningful impact on marketing initiatives for Amplify’s core literacy programs, including Amplify CKLA and Amplify Caminos.

The Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting cross-functional teams, creating and managing essential marketing resources, and ensuring consistent communication and messaging across channels. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, collaborates effectively with other teams, and contributes to strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to balance competing priorities, and strong communication to maintain alignment and drive impactful results.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Collateral and Sales Enablement Resources:

Write, edit, and manage collateral such as one-pagers, brochures, webpages, and FAQs to clearly and effectively present product information to diverse audiences.

  • Coordinate Competitive and Market Research:

Conduct research to gather competitor insights and market trends, synthesizing findings to inform strategies, messaging, and sales enablement tools.

  • Collaborate Across Teams:

Partner with Product, Sales, and broader Marketing teams to create and maintain materials that showcase our programs’ value and support go-to-market strategies.

  • Support Sampling and Piloting Strategy:

Assist in the development and organization of print and digital sampling solutions, ensuring alignment with product messaging and meeting the needs of reviewers and pilots.

  • Maintain Key Marketing Resources:

Oversee updates to internal and external marketing channels, ensuring materials are accurate, consistent, and easily accessible for internal teams and customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of marketing experience or equivalent, including internships or contractor roles
  • Strong writing and editing skills to create clear, engaging content
  • Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience conducting research and organizing findings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing experience in education publishing or ed-tech
  • Familiarity with elementary literacy programs, preferably core curriculum
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms used for marketing or content management
  • Passion for education and empowering teachers to help students succeed

What We Offer

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $70,000 – $75,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
