Position Details:

Position Title: UX Designer

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Location: Texas , United States

We are seeking a skilled and innovative UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work on designing and enhancing user experiences for enterprise-class applications, focusing on AI, ML, and cloud-based technologies. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure the best UX solutions are implemented.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user experiences for enterprise-class applications with a focus on AI and ML.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers and Product Managers, to ensure design solutions meet both user needs and technical requirements.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Contribute to technical discussions, ensuring designs align with the product and engineering requirements.
• Actively participate in user testing, collecting feedback to iterate and refine designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• T-shaped designer: Strong design skills with the ability to engage in technical discussions with Engineers and product discussions with Product Managers to build the best UX.
• Experience designing robust and scalable enterprise-class applications.
• Passion for AI, ML, and AI products, with an interest in AI product offerings.
• Background in cloud-based UX design.

Desired Skills

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing solutions for complex problems in enterprise-level applications.
• Knowledgeable or interested in AI and ML, particularly within the cloud-based product space.
