We are in search of a Regional Vice President of Hotel Operations to steer a dynamic portfolio of hotels toward operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of 10-12 hotels, focusing on critical performance indicators including revenue growth, guest satisfaction, profitability, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and facilitate the implementation of innovative initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with hotel owners, investors, and essential stakeholders.
  • Engage in revenue management discussions to achieve financial objectives across the portfolio.
  • Drive success in BSA scores, guest satisfaction, and overall rating metrics.
  • Conduct regular site visits, providing coaching and mentorship to General Managers to enhance operational performance.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new General Managers and Directors of Sales.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and partner with hotel GMs in financial analysis to make informed decisions.
  • Promote a robust and positive corporate culture throughout the organization.
  • Support the successful launch of new hotels and acquisitions.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a multi-unit or regional operations leadership role within the hospitality industry, demonstrating a strong track record with multiple hotel brands.
  • 8-10 years of cumulative experience in hospitality operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience as a full-service General Manager is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Food & Beverage sector is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Must be open to relocation to the Seattle area.
