Regional Media Operations Director
Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Regional Director – Media Operations to lead, develop, and expand our media operations across Loymark’s key markets: Mexico, CAMCAR, Colombia, and Brazil.
This is a high-level executive position designed for a forward-thinking leader who will drive the maturity and scalability of our media operations, foster innovation, strengthen client partnerships, and unlock new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of regional and global media landscapes, with the ability to transform Loymark’s media operations into a best-in-class offering.

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in media operations, media strategy, or performance marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling media operations in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape in Latin America, particularly in Mexico, CAMCAR, Colombia, and Brazil.
- Expertise in digital media, programmatic buying, performance marketing, and data analytics.
- Strong experience in client relationship management, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in business development and growing media revenue streams.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and talent development skills.
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Bilingual capabilities are required (Spanish and English – advanced) / Portuguese is a plus
