Job Overview
We are in search of an accomplished and strategic Director of IT Infrastructure to spearhead the global execution of critical corporate systems and services. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and cultivate an existing IT systems team, enhancing capabilities and enriching the overall IT portfolio.
- Establish and uphold corporate IT standards, lifecycle management practices, and relevant policies.
- Define and execute standards for remote computing, VDI, new hire provisioning, and endpoint management.
- Oversee global asset, change, problem, and incident management processes.
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy to align with current and future business requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of secure remote access, third-party access, and identity management systems.
- Advocate for architectural principles, standards, and performance criteria across the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to enhance operational workflows and case management processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and security regulations to protect company and customer data.
- Maintain and revise the “As Built” and “Future State” documentation for corporate IT infrastructure.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional technical solution teams to deliver effective IT solutions.
- Balance investment and risk to maximize company value within a 2-year planning horizon.
- Lead the integration of zero-trust security principles and ensure the effective enforcement of security policies.
Required Skills
- Proficient understanding of networking, cloud technologies, mobile device management (MDM), data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, identity management, DNS, and enterprise architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions at the VP level.
- Leadership expertise in team development, planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with executive audiences.
- Capability to constructively resolve conflicts and foster positive outcomes.
- Willingness to engage in travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a global IT leadership role, overseeing IT infrastructure for organizations with over 2000 users.
- Relevant certifications in technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Atlassian, Data Dog, and RingCentral.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: \(190,000 – \)225,000 annually, contingent on experience and location.
