The Los Angeles Chargers is an NFL Football team that plays in the league’s AFC West Division. They will play in SoFi Stadium; A multi-purpose venue featuring a state-of-the-art canopy roof that allows for an open-air feel, views of the Los Angeles skyline, and a 360-degree double-sided Infinity Screen – the largest in the NFL and the world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- You are a creative storyteller, and problem solver, and passionate about creating meaningful partnerships that align with a prospect’s goals and drive value for both the partner and the Los Angeles Chargers
- Key team member in the partnership pitch process by collaborating with sales and internal stakeholders throughout discovery, ideation, and presentation creation
- Assist in the go-to-market strategy process and create innovative ways to bring sponsorships to the market
- Experience in identifying and providing meaningful, relevant data that supports the value proposition to assist in the storytelling of the pitch process
- Build and maintain internal relationships and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and experience across industry tools such as Scarborough, MVP Index, etc.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, innovative platforms, and emerging media opportunities
Essential Requirements:
- Preferred minimum of four (4) + years full-time experience in a sponsorship sales, business development, activation, or experiential marketing position
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Salesforce CRM, KORE, and ClearSlide a plus
- Knowledge of the sports industry and sports organizations with NFL experience is a plus
- Candidate with a working knowledge of the Los Angeles Market preferred
- Must have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Must be a team player and highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a highly driven self-starter
- Ability to manage long-term projects and quick turnaround assignments
- Excellent written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
