This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to gain valuable experience working with students who have special educational needs, supporting them in their academic and personal development. As an SEN Graduate, you will be working alongside experienced staff to implement tailored learning plans and provide crucial support in creating an inclusive and engaging environment. Responsibilities Of The SEN Graduate
- Assist students with special educational needs on a one-to-one or small group basis.
- Support teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
- Encourage positive behaviour, communication, and social skills development.
- Help students build confidence and independence in their learning.
- Contribute to the creation of a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements Of The SEN Graduate
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related subject).
- A passion for working with children and supporting those with special educational needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students.
- A positive and empathetic approach to supporting children with various needs.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
