Position: Talent Acquition Intern

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Employment Type: Internship

Experience Level: 3 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and screening resumes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to match qualifications with job requirements.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts.
  • Participate in onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless start to their journey with the company.

What We’re Looking For

  • A current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job portals is a plus.
  • A proactive, creative mindset and a desire to make a difference.
