About the Role

In the **Business Operations Role**, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. This high-impact role involves collaboration with multiple teams—including sales, marketing, customer success, and product—to identify and resolve operational challenges. You will analyze data, develop processes, and provide actionable insights to support effective scaling.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, resourceful, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

– Deliver high-quality financial and business performance reporting to spot trends, assess risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.

– Develop and implement scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency across teams.

– Support sales and finance leadership in quarterly strategic planning, including forecasting and financial metric analysis.

– Collaborate with leadership to establish financial goals, monitor performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations.

– Partner with data and engineering teams to develop automated data reporting and analytics tools.

Who You Are

– 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations.

– Comfortable with data: Proficient in analyzing data, particularly with SQL, Python, and Excel.

– Deep understanding of B2B, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting. Experience in building sales and marketing systems is advantageous.

– Excellent presentation skills, especially for conveying complex analyses to a broader audience.

– Nice-to-have: Experience with Salesforce administration.

Compensation

– $130k-$150k per year plus meaningful equity
