Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments for talent acquisition and development.
- Design and implement mental health and wellness programs for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with HR specialists to integrate psychological insights into recruitment and retention strategies.
- Provide executive coaching and development based on psychological principles.
- Develop and refine proprietary assessment tools tailored to organizational needs.
- Offer consultancy on organizational development and employee well-being.
- Stay updated on the latest research in organizational psychology and apply it to practice.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology (preferably Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology).
- Additional certifications in executive coaching or business psychology are a plus.
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a corporate or clinical setting, focusing on psychological assessments and interventions.
- Experience in executive coaching or organizational development is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs.
Salary Range
- $60,000 to $80,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
