We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchase Executive to join our procurement team at [Company Name]. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Procurement: Support the procurement team in sourcing raw materials, hardware, and other supplies needed for furniture manufacturing.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Processing: Prepare purchase orders, track orders, and ensure that all orders are received in good condition and on time.
- Cost Control: Assist in analyzing market trends to identify potential cost savings and ensure procurement within the budget.
- Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all purchased materials meet the companys quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, suppliers, and delivery schedules.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on purchase activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
