Role And Responsibilities Customer Support Executive
Coordinates with the customers by replying emails.
Answers customer calls for end-to-end resolution of all issues.
Communication with the team for timely resolution.
Performance will be measured based on the a) quality of deliverables, b) actual results and c) behavior / attitude
During the 6 months of internship if the candidates perform as per our expectations, he/she may be hired in the company into a full-time position.
Skills/Competencies Required
An eye for detail.
Head for numbers.
Analytical bent of mind.
Understanding co-relation between data (input vs. output)
Drive for results and pro-activeness
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
Stipend: Interns eligibility for stipend will be dependent upon role, candidates capabilities, and background.
Duration: Internship program would be for a minimum of 6 months. Post the internship period, if the candidate has performed well, he/she would be given a placement offer in the organization.
Working Hours: Interns would be working from Monday – Saturday between 9 AM 6 PM.
