Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join our team in Thane, Navi Mumbai. This full-time position, which also offers internship opportunities, requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of graphic design and visual communication skills.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graphic Design
• Visual Communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of typography and the ability to create typography-based designs
• Expertise in color theory to create visually appealing and harmonious designs
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to craft unique experiences
• Knowledge of user experience design principles to ensure designs are user-friendly
• Illustration skills to create custom visuals

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop visually stunning and unique designs
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Research and stay updated on current design trends to keep the offerings fresh and innovative.
• Create digital assets, including website graphics, social media posts, and email campaign visuals.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of final artwork for production.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions to continually enhance the gifting experience.
