Education

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Chemical Field
• B.E / BTech in Chemical Engineering will be given preference

Experience

• Previous experience in operation of sulphonation plant is must
• Previous experience in LABSA 96, SLES, AOS and SLS is must
• Previous experience in greenfield and brownfield chemical projects will be given preference

Roles And Responsibilities

• Act as a “Manufacturing Manager” to manage production team and also- coordinate and monitor QC, Maintenance and Filling (QA)
• Daily Stock and Yield Monitoring
• Conduct Monthly Production Planning and Dispatch Scheduling inter-department meeting with GM, Production Manager and Logistics
• Conduct Weekly Dispatch Scheduling inter-department Meeting with GM, Production Manager and Logistics
• Assist production team in smooth plant startup, stabilization and changeover
• Ensure 100% compliance to quality and customer specifications at plant outlet to avoid re-work/re-adjustment
• Ensure ESP and Off-Spec Blending is as per plan
• Ensure 100% compliance to Monthly Production Plan and Weekly Dispatch Plant and continuously monitor and improve team output against plan/target
• Maintain 100% accountability of stock, it’s security and yields
• Trouble-shooting of plant process parameters along with operations manager and other functional heads and technology providers
• Ensure 100% compliance to GMP and Hygiene Standards
• Ensure shop-floor team output of shift in charges, operators and labour
• Assist in customer audits and take 100% responsibility of production department SOPs and their compliance
• Provide design and inputs for project related work
• Assist Maintenance and Engineering Dept. in project related coordination
