As Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating vial and bottle filling lines within a clean room environment. You will meticulously record data within batch documentation adhering to GMP standards and ensure that your training account remains compliant. You will be joining a small, close-knit team who operate in a fast-paced environment. Shift Pattern: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm What To Expect

  • Responsible for the setting up and operating of vial and bottle filling lines within a clean room environment.
  • Record data within batch documentation to the correct standards of GMP.
  • Participate in regular training and ensure your training account is compliant.
  • Be a user of the safety database and be safety aware.
  • Using our ERP system, you will be able to issue materials, return materials to location, book finished product to stock and complete all transactions on Oracle.
  • Perform operation/calibration of general lab/manufacturing equipment.
  • Responsible for transportation, handling, and disposal of waste and chemicals.
  • Problem solving, working with the team to identify solutions for line breakdowns, interruptions or areas for improvement
  • Work as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues, management and support functions.

Experience in liquid filling operations within a controlled environment, you will have good mathematical skills and convert between units of measure.

  • Working knowledge of procedures (SOP’S), document completion and Health and Safety.
  • Experience in the manufacturing field, with the desire to develop
  • An understanding, or interest in lean manufacturing techniques
  • Understanding of ISO 13485 or other highly regulated environments
