BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Innovative skincare and color cosmetic is Cosmetic Lab, an award-winning cosmetic contract manufacturer based in Downey, California. As a trusted core partner to global brands we continue to innovate and strategically focus on our partnerships.

Our ideal candidate is a focus and results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify and pursue new business opportunities resulting in revenue growth. Candidate will work together with like-minded cosmetic professionals in a fast paced healthy work culture focused on innovative R&D, QC/QA, manufacturing and execution.

Responsibilities

• Create action plan to strategize, identify and acquire new opportunities to expand sales growth.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with new clients.
• Properly document and report to communicate project progress with other departments.
• Proactively create customized project strategies to support new sales.
• Take part in product development to active pipeline and new opportunities.
• Take lead role in beauty industry exhibitions.
• Other multitask duties as required by Senior Management.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty industry.
• University degree.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good time management and human relations.
