The Role You’ll Contribute

The Manager of Corporate Responsibility supports the AdventHealth Corporate Responsibility department, which functions as an independent and objective body that reviews, promotes and evaluates compliance and privacy issues and concerns within the organization.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Assists in the ongoing development and implementation of the Corporate Responsibility program to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Assists department with ongoing risk assessments, review of policies, procedures, training programs, etc.
  • Assists department in completion of annual monitoring and auditing workplan as well development of corrective action plans resulting from findings.
  • Works independently to investigate compliance and/or privacy complaints and concerns (reports of potential non-compliance) submitted by AdventHealth workforce members and AdventHealth patients via all reporting methods.

Minimum Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years documented work experience in healthcare compliance or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field.
  • Experience handling complex compliance and/or privacy investigations.
  • CHC (Health Care Compliance Association Certification) obtained within the first year, or
  • CHPC (Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance Certification) obtained within the first year
