A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, your day might start with a brainstorming session with your team of experts to develop innovative strategies for EADs market positioning and growth. You’ll then lead a strategic meeting with the Senior Vice President to discuss the latest initiatives and set priorities for upcoming meetings with bord members or business reviews. Throughout the day, you’ll engage with cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market and partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with EADs business strategy. You’ll gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners, implementing critical measures to drive competitive growth. By the end of the day, you’ll review progress on various projects, ensuring all activities align with Siemens Energy’s overall business objectives, and prepare for the next day’s challenges.

  • This global role can be located in any Siemens Energy location.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Develop and implement strategies for positioning and growing the Independently Managed Business Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President.
  • Lead initiatives and provide insights to drive competitive growth for the leadership team and the business.
  • Manage and inspire a team of experts in market and competitor intelligence, regional partnerships, business excellence, transformation, and M&A.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional teams to develop growth, go-to-market, portfolio, and partnership strategies.
  • Actively gather feedback from internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring the review and implementation of critical measures across the organization.
  • Ensure all activities align with Siemens Energy’s Business Area Strategy and align with Siemens Energy’s Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
  • 10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.
  • A passion for leading teams, fostering connections, evolving company cultures, and guiding businesses into new growth areas.
  • Strong business acumen with a keen sense for future markets, core industrial competitors, and partners, and the ability to find lean solutions to complex challenges for optimal company results.
  • Proven track record in building high-performance teams and networks, working in multicultural environments, and engaging with globally decentralized leadership teams.
  • Proactive collaborator with high energy levels, effective communication skills across different levels, and the ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

Visa sponsorship to the United States will not be supported however Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
