Job Description
- Monitors and analyses parts sales data & reports parts KPIs
- Manages parts/ inventory/dedicated parts campaigns
- Manages parts team, qualification planning & performance
- Manages suppliers (e.g. logistics)
- Conducts/communicates changes within the parts process
- Executes parts (sales) planning and inventory management (business development plan), incl. PDS & TEQ
- Assists Aftersales Manager in workforce planning
- Realizes campaigns within parts management (incl. PDS & Equipment)
- Manages parts orders/deliveries & tracking as well as inventory
- Handles parts payment collection and makes sure all parts are billed correctly
- Parts product management & range design within Porsche Center storage
- Compiles inventory ratio analysis reports and stock management reports
- Ensures cleanness, tidiness & maintenance of parts storage
- Operational tasks
- Conducts and controls parts process management
- Checks regularly parts warehouse & ensure cleanness, tidiness, and maintenance of the parts warehouse facility
- Orders parts to ensure parts supply for customers service & workshop operation
- Informs Service Consultant/Service Scheduler in case of postponement of fixed parts deliveries
- Sells parts proactively (upselling)
- Provides parts for job orders/technicians
- Checks inventory & minimum durability of parts
- Preparation, execution (labeling, transport papers, loading), and post-processing of HV-battery transport
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive spare parts management & Aftersales
- Strong understanding of automotive spare parts, stock management, and procurement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Fluent in English
- Excellent in MS Office
