ECommerce Operations Coordinator
The ECommerce Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ecommerce buying, planning and inventory management on the 47brand.com site and will report into the Senior Ecom Planning Manager.
Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain product inventory flow in and out of the warehouse as determined by the Senior Ecom Planning Manager
- Update and distribute daily and weekly sales and inventory reports
- Regularly place purchase orders and ensure proper quantities are purchased by style, color, size, and team for assigned categories/league.
- Collaborate with Senior Ecom Planning Manager to ensure strong and flexible assortments by managing bulks monthly.
- Partner with Purchasing and Domestic Team to ensure timely order deliveries and options for late deliveries.
- Support the Ecom & Marketing/Content team with product sample ordering for photo shoots
- Consistently check the website to ensure accurate product information, gallery ranking, and any helpful customer reviews. Partner with web merchandising team on any key findings.
- Maintain knowledge of retail/sports industry trends, shop competition frequently.
- Support Ecom Customer Service by responding to customer tickets and communicating any trends/issues to the broader Ecom team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field and/or relevant experience
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle large volumes of work independently.
- Hybrid work schedule – must be available to be in Westwood office three days a week
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, lookup formulas and formatting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Strong communication skills
- High aptitude in Retail Math
- Flexible/Adaptable- able to quickly shift priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven organization.
