Brand Manager – Quezon City/ UP TO 180K Monthly

Job Description

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Oversee product development, packaging, and pricing strategies to maintain brand competitiveness.
  • Track and analyze key brand metrics such as market share, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.

Required Skills

  • At least 7-8 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with a background in Personal Care, Skin Care, or Health categories from leading FMCG companies.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, with proven ability to create and implement Go-to-Market strategies and plans.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce.
