Your work conveys the USPs and values of our brand and products, and creates a modern, involving experience for our target audiences.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for web and mobile platformsCreate and develop for a wide range of assets, including video, infographics, animations, illustrations, banners, landing pages and print materialsUpdate the visual aspect of our sales channels, especially our storefront robinsun.comConduct user research and usability testing to improve conversion rates and UXWorking closely with marketing, sales and product teams to translate design concepts into functional products, ensuring alignment between design, functionality, and brand consistencyREQUIRED SKILLS Degree in Digital Design from a top school in Europe or the USStructured & disciplined work habits, pixel perfect, able to deliver on tight deadlinesExperience in early stage D2C startups is a huge plus2+ years of international experience in digital designProficient in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing software, Shopify and LiquidCapable of recording, editing and producing high quality video contentFluent in English; proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian)All employees must be EU residents with a work permit for Spain.
