Legal Advisor

Para nuestro equipo Legal, estamos buscando un Asesor Legal que será responsable de brindar asesoría legal a la gerencia de la empresa y otros clientes.

Este puesto será responsable de dar soporte a las demandas contractuales y regulatorias actuales de la unidad de negocios. También requiere identificar y resolver problemas legales e implementar soluciones después de realizar investigaciones y análisis, de acuerdo con las políticas corporativas y las mejores prácticas.

• Antecedentes educativos: Licenciatura en derecho
• Requisitos.
• De 4 a 6 años de experiencia relevante para el puesto. Se prefiere experiencia en una corporación.
• Conocimiento de: Contratos, derecho comercial, impuestos.
• Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas generalistas de principio a fin
• Capacidad para priorizar problemas y análisis
• Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de influencia.
• Experiencia demostrada en colaboración con múltiples equipos.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con poca supervisión para entregar los proyectos a tiempo
• Habilidades comprobadas de comunicación verbal y escrita de alto nivel con la capacidad de brindar orientación analítica y consultiva.
• Idiomas: español e inglés (intermedio)
