Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing day-to-day activities, coordinating with departments, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end support to the CEO
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Academics teams
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
