Position Overview

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the recruitment strategy and execution to secure top talent supporting business growth. You will manage team development, process optimization, employer branding, and collaboration with local and global stakeholders to ensure effective talent acquisition operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and develop the recruitment team, enhancing their skills and supporting career growth.
    • Drive team performance and achieve recruitment KPIs.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and accountability within the talent acquisition function.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional candidate experience.
    • Leverage and optimize advanced talent acquisition technologies and tools to enhance productivity and analytics and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Strategic Branding and Planning
    • Develop an attractive employer brand based on market analysis and trends.
    • Design and execute annual recruitment plans, allocating resources effectively.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Align recruitment goals with business needs by working closely with business unit leaders and executives.
    • Collaborate with global teams and external partners to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Event and Community Engagement
    • Plan and execute recruitment events while building strong community connections.
    • Engage with external partners, universities, and professional networks to expand Capgemini’s talent pipeline.
    • Strengthen candidate pipelines through diversified sourcing channels.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of recruitment experience with significant leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing domestic and international recruitment strategies.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of recruiting top tier executive talent.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition technologies, ATS platforms, and recruitment metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
