Associate Business Analyst

We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst with an engineering background to join our team. You will work with different teams to gather requirements and data, document business requirements, and help translate business needs into solutions. If you are interested in technology and want to grow in the business analysis field, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, and use cases and turn them into functional requirements.
• Documenting business requirements (BRD), designing flowcharts and UI sketches, and product documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams through the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of requirements.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) as per the requirements.
• Keep up with industry trends and new technologies.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with data analysis, writing reports, and creating presentations.
• Problem-solving ability and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work well independently and in teams.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Previous experience or coursework in business analysis or data analysis (preferred, but not required).
